IGLYO’s Governance Team is selected by the Executive Board and ratified by the membership to perform the following duties: reviewing the proposed annual work plan and budget for the following year in advance of the AMC to offer advice to the Board; providing guidance to the Board and Secretariat on human resources matters and seek approval from the board where necessary; reviewing financial reports, asking questions and providing feedback on income and expenditure in relation to the annual budget; supporting the Board and Secretariat in identifying future funding opportunities; attending an annual meeting in Brussels; and attending the Annual Members’ Conference to provide a short report to the members.
