We're looking for a full-time IGLYO Communications & Network Officer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This is a full-time on-site paid position with a €2,500 EURO gross monthly salary, and many other benefits.
The Communications & Network Officer will work 30-40% on Communications and 60-70% on Engagement and Network-related tasks. They will notably contribute to implementing IGLYO's various dissemination activities and handle our social media channels, while maintaining and growing our international network of Members, Alumni, Friends, and partners.
There is no typical week in the role of Communications & Network Officer. From day to day you could be scheduling social media posts, welcoming a new Member or Friend organisation into the network, sharing our Members’ activities, contacting Members based in a country following a local LGBTQI development, or prospecting to find new Members, Friends, and partners.
For this role, we're therefore looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated person with a passion for LGBTQI liberation and a good ability to multitask, organise, prioritise, and structure their work.
