Have you ever thought about taking your involvement with IGLYO and the international LGBTQI youth movement to the next level? We warmly invite you to consider running for the IGLYO Board as part of your participation in the AMC.
Board Elections 2023-2026 will take place at the IGLYO AMC Podgorica 2023. Board election terms are three years. Successful candidates will serve from the AMC in October 2023 until the AMC in 2026, and will have the option to run again for a second term — two terms being the limit.
Becoming part of the IGLYO Board is an exciting adventure on the human level wherein you'll contribute as much as you will learn! You'll amongst other get a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of LGBTQI youth and student activism internationally, collaborate with a motivated and inspiring team, and help to build capacities of our 100+ Member Organisations and young LGBTQI activists.

In addition to IGLYO Board Elections, we have also launched a call for new members of our Governance Team, who will be ratified at the AMC Podgorica 2023. IGLYO's Governance Team is an advisory body selected by the Executive Board and ratified by the Membership at the AMC. They support the Board and the Secretariat on specific issues such as governance, finances, and the General Assembly.
