The Estonian LGBT Association is a non-profit organisation working for LGBT+ people in Estonia. They are doing advocacy work, to influence policies and legislation.
The Association provides LGBT+ people and their families with legal, psychological and peer counselling and run support groups. They also train professionals (teachers, youth workers, health care workers etc.) on LGBT+ subjects and counsel them on individual cases.
To educate the public, they work with journalists and organise their own campaigns. And they are conducting surveys on LGBT+ issues to map out the current situation and bring out the problems people face in their everyday lives.
Overall, the Estonian LGBT Association works every day to make Estonia a more open and friendly place for LGBT+ people.
