Colour Youth — LGBTQ Youth Community of Athens is a non-profit association from and for young LGBTQ+ people in Athens, Greece. Their values are absolute respect for human rights and diversity, democracy, transparency, active participation of young people and responsibility. They act against homo-, lesbian-, bi-, and trans-phobia, heteronormativity, heterosexism and sexism, as well as all forms of exclusion, hatred and discrimination.
Colour Youth creates an active and united LGBTQ+ youth community to support and empower LGBTQ+ youth through education and mutual support aimed at personal development and socialisation.

They aim to raise social awareness regarding their community's rights, apply institutional pressure for positive change in the legal framework regarding sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics, and create a strong youth community functioning as a save haven for every LGBTQ person.
