Join the Secretariat of the largest LGBTQI youth and student network in the world by applying to be IGLYO’s Programmes Officer.
We are looking for a great communicator, diligent organiser and talented facilitator to fill in the role of Programmes Officer at IGLYO.
Duties include working with the Programmes Manager to design and facilitate a series of capacity building events (conferences, study sessions and seminars, both online and offline), addressing learning needs of young LGBTQI activists, organising and coordinating events (participant communications, logistics, content, etc).
The ideal candidate will have experience in training and facilitation, will have great communication and supportive skills, and will be highly organised and capable of planning independently. We are looking for someone who is really passionate about effective learning.
IGLYO particularly welcomes applications from women, trans, & non-binary people, individuals from black communities, other communities of colour & ethnic minorities & who are under 30 years old.
