Policy & Research Officer (Full time: 37,5hrs)

IGLYO is looking for a researcher with knowledge of the international LGBTQI rights framework, to look into current national inclusive education laws and policies on a European level. The selected candidate will work on the Policy & Research team to produce the second edition of IGLYO’s Inclusive Education Index & Report, and to conduct an advocacy needs assessment with IGLYO’s membership. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and will be aware of European anti-discrimination laws and policies.
