Membership Engagement Officer (37,5 hrs per week)

IGLYO’s Secretariat in Brussels is growing again! We are recruiting for a brand new post: Membership Engagement Officer. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with our existing members and reach out to new organisations to convince them of the benefits of becoming part of the largest LGBTQI youth and student network in the world. The role will involve reviewing the needs and priorities or our member organisations, making them aware of all the opportunities at IGLYO, and providing them with support. Other duties will include assisting with the planning and delivery of IGLYO’s training and events, developing our alumni network and building IGLYO’s archives. If you are highly organised, energetic and persuasive, and interested in listening to and supporting others, we would love to hear from you!
