Ideally, we are looking for an expert in the human rights field with an activist spirit who is able to take the reins at various projects: from creating funding application reports to managing a team of 10, being involved in Board Meetings and the annual Members’ Conference. We are looking for a skilled and resourceful professional with a basic technical background in document editing software, who can work independently and inspirationally lead others.
Duties include working with IGLYO’s Secretariat and Board to ensure smooth operation of all of our internal and external activities. This can include facilitating meetings, hosting the Annual Members’ Conference, contacting funders, dealing with reporting, managing teams and budgeting. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge & understanding of LGBTQI+ rights & the rights of young people in EU & Council of Europe countries, a strong financial management expertise including forecasting, budget setting & monitoring income & expenditure, and has fundraising capacities.
We are looking for an approachable but diligent professional who can take on multiple tasks at once.
