Follow the live stream from the IDAHOT seminar “Young People’s responses to Homophobic and Transphobic Hate Speech” taking place at European Youth Center in Budapest.
The seminar takes place from the 15th to the 17th and will happen in the framework of the No Hate Speech Movement, as it is organising an European Action Day on the occasion of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia (http://dayagainsthomophobia.org/), 17th May 2014. This is a day to challenge all expressions of homophobic ideas and to promote the protection of Human Rights for LGBTQI people all around Europe.
The seminar is made in cooperation with the Council of Europe Equality Division (SOGI Unit) and the European Youth Center Budapest. On May the 17th you can join the online action hour against Homophobic and Transphobic Hate speech between 11.30 and 13.00 (Central European Time). Come and use your Right to Freedom of Expression to speak up for Human Rights for all.
