IGLYO is calling for applications for the position of full time Capacity Building Officer in our Brussels office. The main responsibilities include:
- To design, deliver and evaluate a range of capacity building and training events to build the skills and knowledge of member organisations and youth activists
- To ensure LGBTQ youth and student issues are represented at all relevant European platforms and networks by working in partnership with the LGBTQ, equalities and youth sectors
- To co-ordinate the monitoring and evaluation of IGLYO’s work to ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders
- To support the Executive Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis
