IGLYO is looking for an Engagement Officer to join the team in Brussels. Deadline: 02/09/20
Are you a filmmaker, visual artist, musician, writer or performer exploring and engaging societal issues through a queer youth perspective? IGLYO is looking for artistic contributions for its first online youth pride. Your contribution can take many shapes: films, performances, spoken word, dance, music. We aim for quality, queerness and (pre-recorded) content that can be streamed online.
Run by young people for young people, IGLYO is led by a board of youth activists aged 18 – 30.
As a youth development organisation, IGLYO builds the confidence, skills and experience of LGBTQI young people to become leaders within the LGBTQI and human rights sectors.
IGLYO works to change attitudes in society and influence decision makers on all levels by ensuring LGBTQI young people’s voices and experiences are present, heard and affirmed
IGLYO’s LGBTQI Inclusive Education Project maps and reports the situation for LGBTQI learners in school in every Council of Europe country.
