GMM 2007 - Second Mailing

Dear Member Organisations,
 
This is the second mailing in preparation for the upcoming IGLYO General Meeting of Members. This mailing serves to inform member organisations of the recent developments IGLYO has been working on, together with looking at the next few years in terms and the plans that the board would like to propose. 
 
Amongst the attachments you will find:

  3. Proposed amendments to the statutes (1) (2)
  4. Annual report 2005, 2006
  5. Financial reports 2005, 2006
  6. Draft Strategic plan 2008-2010

  9. Explanation of Activity Plan 2008 - 2010
All documents will be discussed at the General Meeting of Members.
 
The boards position to the proposed statutory changes as well as to the conference proposals will follow in the coming weeks.

 

The board will work on internal regulations (as defined in the statutes) in the coming weeks.

 

Please mind that the deadline for proposing candidates for the IGLYO board 2008/2009 is November 22nd.
